Account Agreement

Account Agreement for isptab.com

Welcome to isptab.com (the "Platform"). This Account Agreement is a legally binding contract between you (the "User" or "Subscriber") and isptab.com ("we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account and utilizing our services within the Republic of the Philippines, you agree to abide by all the terms outlines below.

1. Platform Features & System Scope
By activating an account, you gain access to our unified operational dashboard designed for running internet business infrastructures. These system features include:
  • Billing Control: Management of automated subscriber billing cycles, invoices, tracking real-time client balances, and payment processing.
  • Network Visibility & Infrastructure: Visual mapping and structural oversight of network routers, Network Access Point (NAP) boxes, and overall regional coverage zones.
  • Subscriber Care Support: Customer relationship tools including account profiles, helpdesk ticket flows, and client messaging systems.

2. Service Level Agreement (SLA)
We strive to provide a resilient operational platform to keep your ISP business running seamlessly. Our commitments and service targets are defined as follows:
  • Uptime Target: We guarantee a 99.9% Service Uptime per calendar month, excluding Scheduled Maintenance.
  • Scheduled Maintenance: Routine system updates, database optimizations, or infrastructure scaling are performed during off-peak hours (typically 12:00 AM to 4:00 AM PHT). We will provide at least 24 hours advance notice via email or system dashboard before any planned downtime.
  • Emergency Maintenance: In critical scenarios requiring immediate security patches or hardware hotfixes, we reserve the right to perform emergency maintenance without notice. We will work to restore services as quickly as possible.
  • Service Credits: If platform uptime falls below the 99.9% threshold in any given billing cycle due to an unscheduled outage, you may request a pro-rated Service Credit applied to your next monthly platform billing fee. Service credits do not apply to disruptions caused by your local internet connection, upstream cloud infrastructure providers, or third-party payment integrations.

3. Right to Privacy (Philippines DPA Compliance)
We take data protection seriously and operate in strict compliance with the National Privacy Commission (NPC) regulations under the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173).
  • Data Collection & Minimization: We collect only mandatory processing details (e.g., administrator details, your subscriber details, operational metrics) required to maintain your infrastructure.
  • Your Statutory Rights: As a data subject in the Philippines, you retain the Right to be Informed of processing data, the Right to Object, the Right to Access your platform records, the Right to Rectification (correcting data errors), and the Right to Erasure or Blocking (deletion).
  • Data Security & Breach Management: We employ strict encryption and security logs to safeguard network infrastructure information against unauthorized access. In the event of a critical data breach, we adhere strictly to the mandatory NPC 72-hour notification timeline.
  • No Unauthorized Sharing: We do not trade, sell, or rent business or client data to third-party marketing firms.

4. Integrated Payment Gateways & Liability Disclaimer
The Platform integrates with third-party Philippine payment gateways and fintech channels (including, but not limited to, GCash, Maya, and local banking networks) to facilitate automated subscriber collections.
  • Independent Processors: Payment gateways operate as independent third-party financial entities. We do not store, view, or retain your subscribers' full credit card details, bank credentials, or fintech MPINs.
  • Service Interruptions: We are not liable for transaction failures, system timeouts, settlement delays, or service downtimes originating from external payment gateways or local banking channels.
  • Dispute Resolution: Any billing discrepancies, failed transactions, or chargebacks involving end-users must be handled directly between the ISP, the subscriber, and the respective payment gateway partner.

5. Acceptable Use & Local Regulations
  • You must provide legitimate business registration and accurate administrative credentials during sign-up.
  • You are solely responsible for all automated routing actions, billing updates, and subscriber configurations executed through your dashboard credentials.
  • The Platform must not be used to facilitate illicit bandwidth distribution, unlogged network manipulation, or any activities violating the Cybercrime Prevention Act of 2012 (RA 10175).

6. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
This Agreement shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
  • Jurisdiction: Any legal action, suit, or proceeding arising out of or relating to this Agreement shall be instituted exclusively in the proper courts of Midsayap, Philippines, to the exclusion of all other venues.

7. Account Termination & Changes
  • By You: You can request account deletion at any time through our customer support dashboard.
  • By Us: We reserve the right to suspend or block account layers immediately if a breach of network security protocol is identified, or if malicious automation is detected on your endpoints.
